      What if your boss hates you?


      Being hated by your boss is not a good sign for your job, but being hated it’s also a common thing for some people.
      There could be various reasons for you being hated by your boss like, your performance is dull, you are not behaving the way you supposed to do among the staff as well as in office time, office discipline or bosses don’t need you anymore.  But as you know there are boss in many company who are difficult bosses too.
      So, I am going to tell you about such Difficult Boss that how to handle such boss:
      Criticism of you is common when approaching a difficult boss with concerns.
      Until you are not prepared for it you will always feel in fear and feeling of losing job, so do not get frustrated and be prepared for being criticised we will see how to change it at the second level.
      Understand that you cannot change your difficult boss
      Changing behaviour of someone is not so easy mostly not possible, so better not to expect and never try to change the behaviour of your boss. Instead it is better to try to adjust with him/her and to understand that this is what he/she is.
      Work with your boss instead of against him or her
      Working with difficult boss is surely a problem, so mostly as the human nature you would like to hide yourself from him/her, so that he don’t shout at you and make over louder voice. Eventually his eyes just finding you because this is his nature to find such people over whom he can remove all his frustration and make himself relax.
      Just think except running away from him, you are just standing near to him, surely at the first phase you would feel more timid and more frustrated but being near to him and just listening him calmly without showing any shine of being frustration and giving him simple lovely smile which you give it to your girlfriend.
      At the first week you have to suffer more as your mind is not ready and he is like getting something to play with. But from the second week he would feel something unusual, third week he will sense his own self with your nice behaviour, ultimately he would stop doing so and maybe he would start admiring you for your work and for the person you are.
